The CXA Booster Club is a non-profit 501C-3 organization set up to allow for fundraising to cover the costs of participation in the CartWheels Academy CXA program. Every parent is encouraged to participate in the Booster Club. The CXA Booster Club is not only an important fundraising tool for our program, but it's fun and it is an opportunity to meet and work with other team parents to support our squads.
It is up to each family as to whether or not they want to participate in the Booster Club. If a family chooses to participate, they must follow all rules and policies set forth by the Booster Club. If a family chooses not to participate in the Booster Club, the family is financially obligated to all costs associated with participation in CXA. The approximate out of pocket cost per season is $1500 per athlete for those families who choose not to participate in the CXA Booster Club.
The CXA Booster Club is made up of 3-5 Board Members, a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The CXA Booster Club has divided up it's duties into several committee's. Parents are asked to join a committee that they feel they can contribute to for the season or run a small fundraiser grouping. Please see the attached CXA
